These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between pr999 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses any service offered through the pr999 platform at https://pr999.bio and any related mobile applications or software.

By accessing pr999, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotional offer, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you are legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the pr999 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

Use of pr999 services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. pr999 operates a strict 21+ policy across all game categories — casino, sports betting, live dealer, crash games, and slots. Individuals under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering or using the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

• Single Account: You must not currently hold, and must not have previously held, another pr999 account that was suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

pr999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access real-money gaming services on pr999, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested by pr999 as part of its know-your-customer ("KYC") and identity verification procedures.

Account Accuracy: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information associated with your pr999 account. You must promptly notify pr999 via live chat or email if any registered information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pr999 account credentials — including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pr999 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted one (1) pr999 account only. If you discover that multiple accounts have been created in your name, you must notify pr999 support immediately. Deliberately operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of bonuses.

KYC Verification: pr999 may at any time request that you submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Account withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC verification on accounts that have not previously completed this process.

Supported Payment Methods: pr999 currently supports the following PKR-denominated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits made to your pr999 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pr999 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pr999 PKR wallet within 30–60 seconds of authorisation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing schedule.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, as a standard anti-money laundering control. Standard pr999 account withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within five (5) minutes of request approval during normal operating conditions. pr999 VIP Gold and Platinum tier members typically receive withdrawals within two (2) minutes. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed service levels; delays may occur during exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your pr999 account wallet section. These limits may vary by account tier, payment method, and time period. pr999 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

Currency: All pr999 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. pr999 does not guarantee exchange rates for any other currency denomination.

General Bonus Terms: All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback credits, VIP rewards, tournament prizes, and any other promotional credits offered by pr999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable PKR funds. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet before a withdrawal is permitted. Progress toward satisfying wagering requirements is tracked in your pr999 account bonus section.

Bonus Validity: All bonuses have a validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated in individual offer terms.

Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published within the pr999 bonus terms documentation. Live casino games, certain high-RTP slots, and sports bets at odds below a specified threshold may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

Abuse: pr999 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming a promotion under multiple accounts; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies (including arbitrage betting, matched betting, or hedging) to exploit wagering requirements; or colluding with other players in bonus exploitation schemes.

No Obligation: pr999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively affect the terms of a promotion already accepted and actively in progress by a player.

Game Fairness: All casino games available on pr999 — including slots, live casino, crash games, table games, and virtual sports — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited by accredited third-party laboratories. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect independently verified theoretical payout rates and are not guarantees of individual session results.

Sports Betting: Sports betting odds on pr999 are provided in real time and are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the pr999 system. pr999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a human or system error — and will notify affected players promptly. PSL cricket betting, international match odds, and all other sportsbook markets are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body.

Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or void declaration by the relevant sporting authority, bets will be settled in accordance with pr999's published sport-specific rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform.

Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system malfunction during a casino game or sports bet, pr999 will attempt to resolve the interrupted session using stored game state records. If game state cannot be reliably determined, the disputed round or bet may be voided and the at-risk stake refunded to your pr999 PKR wallet. pr999's technical logs constitute the primary record for dispute resolution purposes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the pr999 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one pr999 account, whether under your own identity or a third-party identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pr999 platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, claiming bonuses, or circumventing security measures.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or sharing non-public information about live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage over pr999 or other players.
• Using the pr999 platform for any money laundering activity, or for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or depositing funds on behalf of another player.
• Employing arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic low-risk strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures rather than engage in genuine gaming.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pr999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pr999 systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

pr999 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. The outcome of any investigation is final subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12.

All content on the pr999 platform — including but not limited to the pr999 name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is owned by pr999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pr999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any pr999 content; reverse engineer any pr999 software; or use pr999's brand assets in any commercial context without prior written permission from the Company.

All game content available through the pr999 platform, including slot games, live casino products, and sports data feeds, remains the intellectual property of the respective third-party game studio or data provider and is governed by their separate licensing arrangements with pr999.

No Guarantees: The pr999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pr999 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and performance, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, security vulnerabilities, or third-party interference.

Exclusion of Consequential Loss: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pr999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming funds due to technical failure (where the fault lies with third-party infrastructure), or emotional distress.

Force Majeure: pr999 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, telecommunications infrastructure failure, or cyber-attacks.

Gaming Losses: pr999 is not liable for any gaming losses incurred by players during the normal course of gambling activity on the platform. All players acknowledge that online gambling involves risk, that outcomes are determined by certified RNG or live sporting events, and that losses are a normal and expected part of gambling participation.

Maximum Liability: Where pr999 is found liable for any claim arising from your use of the platform, our maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of that claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pr999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that while the vast majority of players engage with the platform safely and within their means, a minority of players may experience problematic gambling behaviours that can cause harm to themselves and those close to them.

Suspension by pr999: pr999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person; (c) your account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or (d) pr999 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Termination by pr999: pr999 may permanently close your account where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. Upon permanent closure, any bonus balances and promotional credits will be forfeited. Real-money funds remaining in a closed account — where no breach of Terms is found relating to those specific funds — will be returned to the last verified payment method on your account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable AML checks.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your pr999 account at any time by contacting the pr999 support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure: any active bonuses and wagering progress will be forfeited; any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your last verified payment method. If you are requesting account closure due to gambling-related harm, pr999 support agents are trained to assist you through the self-exclusion process rather than simply closing the account, providing a more protective outcome.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has not had any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. pr999 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at their registered contact details prior to applying any dormancy policy. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to maintain account activity.

Initial Contact: If you have a dispute relating to any aspect of your pr999 account, a bet settlement, a bonus calculation, a transaction, or any other matter, you must first contact pr999's customer support team via the live chat function or by email at [email protected]. Provide as much detail as possible — including your account details, relevant dates, transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue. pr999 will investigate all disputes thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Records: pr999's technical and transaction logs are considered the primary source of factual record in any dispute. Where a discrepancy exists between a player's recollection of events and the pr999 system records, the system records shall prevail absent clear evidence to the contrary.

Good Faith: Both pr999 and its players commit to engaging in dispute resolution in good faith, with the aim of reaching a fair outcome for all parties involved. pr999 does not engage in any dispute resolution practice designed to delay, obfuscate, or unfairly deny legitimate player claims.

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by pr999 is governed by the pr999 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering a pr999 account, you consent to pr999 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy — including for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications.

pr999 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed service providers who assist in the operation of the pr999 platform (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game studios), and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or licence obligation.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pr999 holds its international gaming licence.

The parties irrevocably agree that, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12, the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for urgent injunctive or other interim relief.
